2022 GIRLS CROSS COUNTRY RANKINGS (UPDATED 10/16)
2022 RESULTS
Northeast Georgia Champs @ Athens Christian School - FULL RESULTS
The girls won both the Varsity and JV divisions at NEGA! The Varsity girls were led by a 1-2 punch of Macy Felton and Allie Wardle. Teammates Jillian Rovie (7th), Lauren Thisdale (8th), and Ashley Sanchez (12th) also scored points.
The JV squad was led by Abigail Snipes in a time of 14:08. Rebekah Mitchell, Kayci Jordan, Amor James, and Alisha Hammond helped lead to a 1st place finish as well.
Jekyll Island Invitational- RESULTS
The girls won the Jekyll Island Invitational on Saturday, September 3rd. Once again led by a 1-2 finish of Macy Felton and Allie Wardle, Jillian Rovie, Lauren Thisdale, and Ashley Sanchez also scored for the Broncos leading to score of 55, well ahead of Decatur's 99 points.
North Hall Invite- RESULTS
The JV girls ran the North Hall Invite and won the race by over 40 points! Abigail Snipes won the race and then Brookwood finished 2-3-4 by Kayci Jordan, Rebekah Mitchell, and Holly Spake. Alejandra Ceballos was the team's 5th scorer in 8th place.
Gwinnett County Championships- RESULTS
Brookwood girls won the Gwinnett County Championships on Saturday, September 17! The girls won all three races of the day: Varsity, JV Champs, and Open JV. WAY TO GO BROOKWOOD GIRLS CROSS COUNTRY!

In the Varsity race, Allie Wardle was 2nd and Macy Felton was 3rd. Jillian Rovie scored in 14th place and Lauren Thisdale in 16th place. Izzie Rhodes was the fifth scorer in 24th place.
In the JV Champs race, the girls almost had a perfect score! Abby Tillman won the race and was followed by Sophia Dart (3rd), Ava Layson (4th), Abigail Snipes (5th), and Kayla Deckers (6th). In the Open JV race, Holly Spake won the race by 30 seconds.
Asics Invitational- RESULTS
Brookwood girls took 5th place in the highly competitive Asics Invitational on Saturday, October 1st. Allie Wardle was 15th in 18:32, Macy Felton was 23rd in 18:49, and Jillian Rovie was 46th in 19:27. Teammates Trinity Thurman, Izzie Rhodes, Jieya Leng, Coasetta Snipes, and Ashley Sanchez all ran under the 21:00 5K barrier in the race.
In the JV Champ race, Brookwood finished 4th thanks for Sophia Dart, Abigail Snipes, Abby Tillman, Reagan Miller, and Molly Emmett all scoring for the team.
Coach Wood Invitational-RESULTS
Brookwood girls were 11th in the Championship Race at the Coach Wood Invitational. The girls were led by Macy Felton (33rd), Allie Wardle (34th), Jillian Rovie (97th), and Lauren Thisdale (100th).
The JV Champion girls were an impressive 3rd place! The JV Champs were led by Sophia Dart (12th), Abigail Snipes (15th), and Abby Tillman (21st). The JV girls were 2nd in the JV Blue race led by Alejandra Ceballos (2nd), Arya Anil (11th), Olivia Brinson (12th), and Amor James (14th). WAY TO GO, GIRLS!
