Lauren Harrison- Head Coach Contact: [email protected] Coach Harrison has been the Head Coach for the girls cross country team for three years and was an assistant coach prior since 2016. Coach Harrison is also a Brookwood cross country alumna and 2009 graduate. She teaches Language Arts to 10th and 11th graders at Brookwood. She is the mom of two-- Hattie (age 5) and Harbin (9 months). Coach Harrison is passionate about running, finding joy in the small moments in life, and reading a good book.
Ashlee Linderman- Assistant Coach Contact: [email protected] Coach Linderman has been a school counselor at Brookwood working with juniors and seniors since 2016. She has been an assistant cross country and track coach for the past five seasons. Coach Linderman moved to Georgia from North Carolina in 2015. She enjoys running, cooking, watching Carolina basketball, and spending time with her husband and their dog, Dalia, and cat, Groucho.
Savannah Gomez- Assistant Coach Contact: [email protected] Coach G, or Savannah Gomez, is new to coaching this year. Coach G teaches in the Special Education department here at Brookwood High School and works primarily with self-contained students. She has her bachelor's in Sociology from Kennesaw State University and is currently working towards her master's in special education Adapted Curriculum at University of West Georgia. In her free time, Coach G enjoys bike rides with her husband, reading cheesy romance novels, and attempting to cook new recipes.
